This program is available for study in 2 stages over 12 months, giving learners the flexibility they need to master the complexities of the field of Human Resources.

Stage 2: Masters Stage
This stage is delivered by the University of Gloucestershire through IDM. Upon successful completion of Stage 1, learners can progress to the MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire, UK. Stage 2 is also delivered via an online Learning Management System (LMS) by faculties from IDM. On successful completion of Stage 2, learners will be awarded MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire, UK.
Masters Stage:
This stage is designed to make a major contribution to learners’ professional and intellectual development, by enabling them to demonstrate their capacity for sustained independent thought, learning and critical reflection.
This consists of two submissions
Proposal: 1500 words
Dissertation: 15000 words

The University of Gloucestershire is a public university based in Gloucestershire, England. It is located over three campuses, two in Cheltenham and one in Gloucester, namely Francis Close Hall, The Park, Oxstalls and The Centre for Art and Photography being near to Francis Close Hall.
