Entry Requirements
To apply, you should meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the health and social care sector in a recognized profession (e.g., doctor, physician associate, advanced practitioner).
- At least a lower second class (2.2) UK honours degree (or equivalent, or a postgraduate degree) in a medical, healthcare, or nursing discipline.
If you have significant management experience in a healthcare setting but do not hold a degree, we will consider your application. Additionally, we will assess applications where relevant work experience can substitute for formal academic qualifications in accordance with the University’s Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) procedures.
